By accessing or using the G4Garages platform ('Platform'), modifying, or downloading any materials from it, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ('Terms').

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not access or use the Platform.

G4Garages provides a digital marketplace connecting vehicle owners ('Customers') with independent automotive service providers ('Garages' or 'Partners').

We do not provide automotive services ourselves. The contract for services is strictly between the Customer and the Garage. We act solely as a facilitator.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated.

When you make a booking, it is subject to acceptance by the selected Garage.

Pricing displayed on the Platform is estimated based on standard packages. Final pricing may vary if additional services or parts are required upon inspection.

Payment must be made through authorized channels on the Platform or directly at the Garage, depending on the booking type.

G4Garages reserves the right to charge a platform fee or transaction fee, which will be clearly displayed before booking confirmation.

Customers may cancel a booking up to 2 hours before the scheduled time without penalty.

Cancellations made within 2 hours of the slot, or failure to show up, may result in a cancellation fee or loss of advance payment.

Refund requests must be raised within 24 hours of service completion and are subject to investigation by our dispute resolution team.

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. You must not use it to post or transmit any material that is offensive, unlawful, or infringes on the rights of others.

You must not attempt to bypass our booking system to directly contract Garage partners discovered through G4Garages to avoid platform fees.

G4Garages is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of the services provided by Garages. We disclaim all liability arising from any interactions between Customers and Garages.

In no event shall G4Garages be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Platform or any features or portions thereof without prior notice.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra.
